Keynote Address by Sir Howard Stringer (CEA President)

CEA President and CEO Gary Shapiro will precede the Sony keynote with his State of the CE Industry Address. Following, Sir Howard Stringer, Chairman and CEO, Sony Corporation, will then officially kick off the 2009 International CES. Sir Howard has been chairman and chief executive officer of Sony Corporation since June 2005.

For the 6th year, CNET will host the Next Big Thing SuperSession. This year's event, themed Life in the Cloud, will be hosted by Editor at Large Brian Cooley, and executive editors Tom Merritt and Molly Wood. The session will focus on the evolution of Internet services, such as Google docs, and their rapid adoption as consumers realize the convenience of accessing personal information at anytime, anyplace, on any platform.
