I grew up in the Bay Area, so it's only natural that I work in the technology industry. Before coming to CNET in 2003, I worked at an ad agency whose client list was made up entirely of tech companies - I was doomed from the beginning! But in all seriousness, what do I think about being among a select group of people who gets to play with a bunch of neat new gadgets before the general public? It's pretty darn cool.
