  • I was hoping to see contrast levels at 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 to 1, the screen to be .5 mm thick, use no power and allow me to enter the screen and play with mickey mouse and goofy. Geezz... i don't think technology is there yet. I guess I'm just going to have to wait another year or two. In reply to: "Sony to introduce first OLED TV in U.S."

  • Quality will Prevail. Not Price.
I believe in the end quality will prevail. In this day of 1080P and 60" flat
screen plasmas, people would rather pay a little bit more to get a better
image and more features. Different from the day of BETA Max and VHS. Back
then you really couldn't see the difference in quality since all the T.V.s were
the same. But now, you can see the difference and people want more.

In my opinion, Blu-Ray will prevail. More disc space and more disc features
allows developers and movie makers to push the limits of what they can do
on a single disc. This gives us the movie watchers, more of what we
ultimately want. More... In reply to: "Paramount and DreamWorks give HD DVD a boost"
