Actually this article is incorrect, the VP504F-50" is a full 1080P HDTV too. The 720P 50" plasma is the VP503F-50", as stated in a press release found on Vizio's web site. Vizio also says that the VP504F will have a processor that the 60" will not have, check out the full press release at vizio.com . Below is a quote from the release.

Plasma ($1399) all with High Definition 720p technology."
