I got Win7 Pro RTM a few weeks ago for free b/c I'm a Computer Science student. I'm pretty sure most if not all CompuSci students (John Abbott College and Concordia University I'm sure about) get it as well as other MS software for free. I think that Sega shouldn't make a gaming console since they usually lose a lot of money (the Microsoft XBOX division just started making profit recently) but if they were to make a portable console that it could be a success. Since the DS and the PSP are only ones in this genre, and those two are starting to get pretty outdated, they would probably have a very good chance of success; but they would have to get into that market before microsoft or apple does. Yes! Eversince we've gotten our samsung HDTV and home theatre system (last year boxing day), I've been constantly looking and dvd/hdd recorders and none of them seemed to have an atsc tuner. I was extremely suprised when a few months ago stores just stopped selling them (if someone can explain that to me that would be helpful), and this is just what I've been looking for! (with the absence of a dvd burner.) I just hope they wont have a monthly fee like tivo, because i hate tivo In reply to: "EchoStar TR-50: HD DVR for the antenna crowd"

No 1080p games, are you serious?
Okay, just to tell you, there are more 1080p games on X360 than on PS3, and all new games will be 1080p and old will be upconverted, just to let you know. In reply to: "good idea, but not really necessary"
