A lot of us older than teens appreciate games that you can play intuitively - rather than a several hour learning curve with which buttons to push. It allows friends and family (even grandparents) to join in the fun at a gathering. My friends and I love it, and I think it will have a place in the market for years to come.
As far as supply and demand - agree that accelerating supply would be nice, but always a mgmt choice. Add too many new facilities and when things do slow down you have plants to close and layoffs. Growth has to be balanced.
