This is a sad day, not because Psystar lost, but because of the precedence this case is going to set for EULA's. Here is the thing I feel people seem to be missing. According to this if you own a MAC, and your MAC dies, you must buy another MAC to replace it. This is the equivalent of Sony Pictures Imageworks stating that their DVD's can only be watched on Sony DVD players, or Canon saying you can only buy a Canon charger for you're camcorder. In the past if a piece of equipment died you had the legal right to replace it with something that could preform the same function. If the original manufacturer had issue with you're replacement part, the worst thing they could do is void your warranty. This however is not the case we're seeing here. If a computer using non apple parts can run the operating system, then the worst thing apple should be able to do is void any responsibility for things that may not function correctly. I don't see the point in this. The default start up page for the PS3 web browser (unless some one changes it) has links directly to You Tube, Twitter and others. Facebook as a system icon makes little sense to me as it's not always little blurbs like Twitter. Facebook is far better viewed in the PS3 web browser so that links and videos actually take you to the places and allow you to watch the videos. Honestly I'd rather see them an option to easily full screen a web video in the browser (other than the current the manual zoom and reposition method) than have Facebook XMB. Facebook currently works fine in the web browser, and honestly how much harder is it to open the web browser and click on a book mark? Maybe 10-15 seconds tops... I find it interesting that some individuals are ragging on the fact it uses a disc at the moment. The disc is a stop gap put in place to by pass the exclusivity deal Microsoft payed for to get it integrated into the the xbox 360 until the exclusivity contract expires, and ultimately the user is paying for this with their xbox live fee's. Temporary payed for exclusivity is one of the common tactics Microsoft has been using to try and hold on to their lead over the PS3 this generation. Yes the navigation of some of the Live features is easier than some of the equivalents on the PS3, and I can respect individuals that feel this makes the experience worth the additional fees; however, to me the additional price if Live really isn't worth it, but sadly I still pay for it because I like the ability to play my 360 games with my friends. Verizon employees can get phones a week or two before their official release. A friend of mine had a Droid about a week before the official release because of this. In reply to: "2 Weeks in n I love this phone. Its amazing"

One of my friends bragged and bragged about how great Opera was, so finally I decided to give it a shot. I worked with it for about two months before it annoyed me back to firefox. Opera had some nice features, and it flew from page to page, but there are pages out there that look off on it. Also it's not as intelligent about url handling, by that I mean in firefox you can often type something like, "cnet" and it would automatically bring up cnet's url. Opera could do the same thing with some site, but it was less reliable than firefox, and often ended up giving you a google search instead. To me that that additional step negates quite a bit of the minor speed gains of opera, and between that and inconsistent page representation, I felt it to much of an annoyance to continue using. I recommend looking up some videos of the "eye pet" from sony. The reason is that though it doesn't offer the depth detection that Natal will offer, it does show the inherent processing lag that occurs because the system has to see what the user is doing, figure out how that relates to the game, and then make the game respond to those actions. The result is that there is a noticeable delay between what the user does and how the game responds. There is no good way around this kind of delay with a camera (even if it's depth based) because its a derived process rather than a directed action as is the case with a controller. I think natal will have a novelty effect at first, but there is a high probability that the delayed responsiveness will cause people to desire a more traditional input system. I can't argue that the xbox360 has a large assortment of games; however, if we classify "ecosystem" as the gaming market then it's hard to say that the xbox 360 contributes the most towards it. I mean if we're talking sheer quantity of games, then the either the ps2 or the wii have more games than the xbox 360, and more people own them, thus wouldn't they contribute more to the market than the 360 if that is the criteria? If not then the argument switches to quality of games. Quality is very subjective to the individual, and what I like is not necessarily what some one else is going to like. Thus to try and say the 360 contributes the most in that respect could be debated till the end of time with no victor. So the only thing I can say to that is all consoles contribute equally to the, "ecosystem" of the gaming market if quality is subjective to the individual. There are plenty of quality titles on almost every console. In reply to: "PS3 finally wins a month"

@ XiroMisho, I agree they removed features to reduce the price; however, it still has more features than the xbox 360 at the same price. So what does that mean? In reply to: "PS3 finally wins a month"

@ CrashPad63, "Xbox 360 again contributes the most for the ecosystem." Er... no, no it actually is the worse for the ecosystem. Many xbox360's have red ringed, many have scratched disc, many have gotten the E74 error, it is currently the least energy efficient of the three consoles. Broken parts have to go some where, and though most of the systems get repaired, the broken parts end up polluting the environment. Thus it is impossible to argue that the, "Xbox 360 again contributes the most for the ecosystem." unless you mean in a negative sense. In reply to: "PS3 finally wins a month"
