What is with Yoda's head size? Geeze, that guy's melon needs an MRI or catscan. Seriously, doesn't he have friends in the Jedi dojo that can tell him to go see the doc that watched Padme die or something? Too soon? In reply to: "Store your files, Death Star plans"

No thanks, Noel Lee. Go back to overpricing every product you make and frivolously suing any entity with the name "Monster," "on," "ster," or any variation therein. I'll happily purchase better products at a fraction of the price. In reply to: "Monster Turbine Pro earphones scream style"

Agreed with TechFarmer, the ZP90 is most likely to be racked. But as suggested I'll tuck mine away behind a rack blank so it won't be seen. However, I disagree and think black looks much better than white... but... that just bolsters the reason to have both colors available! In reply to: "Sonos: Better in black?"

My supposition is that the borderline false advertising "LED TV" by Samsung is just their marketing department preparing for the OLED category in the coming years.... How much better can LCD TVs get? As a transmissive technology, at best the LED with local dimming is just trying to eek out every last drop of potential from tech that has maybe only a few more generations of improvements to be had before making a significant shift.
Samsung LED TV now.... but in 5 years...Samsung OLED TV. Then the transition from one to the next is easier for an easily confused marketplace to deal with. But again... all speculation on my part.

cvaldes, you can't both say that the medical professional has a choice to go to a nearby computer and say that smartphone technology is revolutionizing the medical field at the same time. You're either suggesting that smartphones become a primary tool to be relied upon in a moment's notice, in potentially life-threatening situations, within consumer-grade networks that are fallible, or you're not.
I've had RIM outages on my old blackberry, and spotty AT&T/wi-fi access far too many times for me to think the bar for standards of new medical tools should be so low.
That doesn't mean that people who disagree with you aren't in the 21st century. Agreeing that the technology itself can revolutionize the medical field but requiring more robust networks on which to rely for life-altering care are not mutually exclusive.
Incidentally, I don't see where the original blogger mentioned anything about the medical field, and I'm quite certain the Verizon Hub's target market wasn't our local ER.

@Voice
Actually, that'd be what we call an "opinion," not "the truth." I live north of L.A. and hate going into the city because it's so pathetically dirty, smoggy and trafficky. Been to Houston and it reminds me a lot of L.A. Been to San Fran and it's on my short list of cities I'd move to if I could, it's *that* nice. In my *opinion.* :-)

d a m n ibeetle seems to have some serious anger issues.
Using your own standards, if everyone posting comments needs to shut the f up because the answers to their questions exist in the article already, then aren't you being a bit hypocritical by assuming people think a $15 digital camera is the same as a Nikon dslr? They didn't mention that specifically in their post, so why would you think it and then erroneously post it if it wasn't in their post already?
Also, the article did NOT mention traffic. It mentioned IQ Routes and only briefly touches upon what that means.
