Data transfer speed.
Video processing asks a lot of the PC's performance. Only the more high end machines can handle this adequatly. One forgets that data transfer speed (bus and memory) are way more important then CPU speed alone. Therefore buy better hardware (motherboard) with high bus speed and high speed memory.
