I am all for Opera trying to come up with new features and fight for its existence. However, it should just work. At my job, I occasionally get bugs reports on Opera specific issues. As much I?d like to help, I generally ignore these bugs. In reality, it is pretty hard to expect web sites or internet companies to make changes in their code to address Opera specific issues. Opera should recognize that and be fully compatible with IE or Firefox (pick one). In reply to: "Opera 10 to emerge Tuesday"

As a Chinese living in the US, I would love to get one of these cars. However, I will wait reserve my excitement until BYD actually ships the cars. There have been several attempts by Chinese car manufactures to enter the US market in the past, but none actually happened in the end. While this is a fascinating app, I think it is one step closer to the Singularity joke I have been telling people:
In year 201X, Facebook reached more than 1 billion users. One day, 1 billon users logged into facebook.com at the same time. There was a JavaScript bug (now a bug in GridRepublic) in Facebook?s web page that formed the biggest distributed computing grid in history. It is so powerful that it became aware and Singularity is reached. Skynet is activated?
