I think the story that no one is writing is that Win 7 and Snow Leopard cement that fate of Linux on the desktop as a mainstream OS for homes. I'm sure the new version will be snazzy, but the use of the word "transform" is extremely misused by every software vendor. Good luck google.. You will soon find that working with government agencies will make your hair fall out. Also, any government project this big will take 3 or 4 years which means it may not survive the next election cycle.
