So wheres the link for public comment? I recall that the FCC is mandated with the administration ONLY of the (Publicly Owned) Broadcast spectrum, and cannot arbitrarily auction it off. In reply to: "FCC seeks comment on spectrum re-allocation"

Features are cool, but spec's seem to misguide more often than not.
I'm still waiting to see how the automotive audio manufacturers get "54 watts" per channel: is it sustained at a frequency Humans can actually enjoy, or more of a screech for BATS and DOGS?

I indeed UNCHECKED the "toolbar and homepage" options while in setup, thinking Mozilla should remain unmolested by yet another toolbar.
I hardly ever use IE7, so I didn't expect what happened next.
Check it out: FOXIT planted itself into IE7 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGE and BLOCKED Mozilla. In my estimation, this certainly qualifies it as Malware.
I can think of a better name for it.
