The thing is at a full PC price. Maybe If the PS3 would come preloaded with Linux as Sony said that you can do with it, maybe the PS3 would look more appealing for normal users who are the reason why the Wii sales are on the top. For some reason, I still find digital photo frames to be useless. Just place a photo that actually "means" something to you instead. Sometimes technology can be soulless and cold. In reply to: "Is Kodak's budget 8-inch photo frame a bargain?"

I think you can do most (if not all) of these effects using Corel's Painter Essentials for 99$ and it will give you much more options. Also, you can get to some of these results using some of PS filters. In reply to: "Photoshop plug-in puts artists on notice"
