Who is correct? CNET or http://www8.garmin.com/ces/nuvi800/index.html

Does it have text-to-speech or not?

To overcome the "quiet environment" problem they should allow for a bluetooth headset to work with it such that it can forward calls to the headset as well as output text-to-speech directions to the earpiece while accepting voice commands through the headsets microphone. This way the rest of the car doesn't need to be bothered by the demands of the GPS system.

I would like to know:

If there is any subscription involved once you buy the Gramin Nuvi 850
If there is a subscription, what are the fees (monthly, yearly, one-time)
What is the procedure for updates

Thanks!
