The combination of a unique motion-sensitive controller and an affordable price tag have put the Wii on track to be Nintendo's most popular home console in years. A decent selection of games--mostly from Nintendo itself--is already available, but the system's sudden popularity caught many software developers off guard, so it'll be awhile before we see a critical mass of third-party titles developed especially for the Wii. But if you need even more Wii games than the must-have titles listed below, don't forget that the Wii will play nearly all GameCube titles (with the proper accessories), and it's got an ever-growing selection of downloadable Virtual Console games that include classic favorites from the NES, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Sega Genesis, and TurboGrafx 16.
