INQ Mobile claims to be the world's first social mobile handset company. It aims to bring social networking apps like Facebook and Skype to ordinary regular phones. One of the key selling points of the INQ Mobile system is the close integration of social networking apps into your address book. As you can see here, the online presence of all your contacts are displayed right there in the contacts list. You can see if your friends are on Facebook, or on Skype, and you can instantly send messages to them from the address book screen.
